Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler, Retail to join our production and warehousing team in Golden, CO. You will move and stage donated products using pallet jacks, forklifts and related equipment, ensuring accurate flow and safety.

Experience with forklift is a plus; a pre-employment drug screen is required; you must be 18 or older and able to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience helpful.
• Able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and KPI for duties.
• Uses pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift, or dolly to move and store donated product.
• Ensure production areas have sufficient materials to avoid downtime.
• Prepare materials or storage containers to assist production team.
• Keep warehouse and trailers organized, stocked, and clean.
• Prepare items for shipment and track shipped/received goods at docks.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and follow safety requirements.
• Promote teamwork and adapt to new technology to improve efficiency.
