Job summary

Tyson Foods in Scranton, PA is seeking a RVI Scranton Rendering Generalist Maintenance - Production to support daily operations in the plant. The role unloads and washes trailers, monitors cookers, and maintains equipment while upholding Tyson safety culture.

You will load trucks, complete paperwork, perform lubrication checks, and assist maintenance with basic mechanical/electrical tasks. Shifts A-D, physical requirements, and safety compliance are integral.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/maintenance skills listed in application.
• Willing to work shifts A, B, C or D.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Unload and wash trailers, monitor cookers and plant areas.
• Load trucks, maintain control room and complete paperwork.
• Lubrication checks, oil/belt changes and PMs.
• Assist maintenance with basic mechanical/electrical tasks.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and follow policies.
