Job summary

PepsiCo in Wichita, KS, is seeking a warehouse loader to hand-build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift and/or pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure accuracy with shipper/receiver documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

This role requires lifting 20–45 pounds repeatedly, standing and moving for long periods, and may involve varying hours based on workload. Prior warehouse experience is helpful, with reliability and teamwork valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience (picking, staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts) preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
