Inventory Cycle Counter (Reach Forklift) – 3rd Shift

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour

Position Overview

Abacus Staffing is currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Cycle Counter with Reach Forklift experience to join our warehouse operations team on 3rd shift. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring system integrity, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts using RF scanning equipment to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Reconcile physical inventory with Warehouse Management System (WMS) records
• Investigate, identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Perform bin validations and assist with periodic physical inventory audits
• Safely operate reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Support reporting functions and maintain accurate inventory control documentation
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to improve inventory processes and accuracy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in inventory cycle counting within a warehouse environment
• Hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Reach Forklift experience is strongly required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with solid basic math and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment
