Job summary

Lingo Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist with Forklift Experience to support growing warehouse operations in Plainfield, Indiana. You will perform daily inventory, cycle counts, and organize materials while using RF scanners and a WMS to ensure accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years’ inventory experience and hands-on forklift operation in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory or inventory control experience.
• Hands-on experience operating reach truck, order picker and sit-down forklift.
• Experience using RF scanners to locate and update inventory.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and reliable, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Inventory Control Specialist with Forklift Experience to start ASAP!

Inventory Control Specialist / Forklift Operator - Support our growing warehouse operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, performing cycle counts, sorting and organizing materials, completing quality checks, and using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of inventory experience and hands-on experience operating a reach truck, order picker, and sit-down forklift. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00 Hourly
• Monday-Friday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
