Job summary

thyssenkrupp is seeking a Material Handler to join our warehouse team. You will stock, pack, load, unload, and operate machinery, including forklifts, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You should be reliable, physically fit, and detail-oriented, with experience in forklift operation and basic math/computer skills. This role offers competitive pay, potential overtime, and a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic math and computer skills (MS Office, databases).
• Read and write in English; French in Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move and stock materials accurately.
• Select, package, and prepare products for customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks; verify contents with shipping documents.
• Use saws to cut materials as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Follow safety, ISO, and 6S standards.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
