Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Worker at the Appleton Distribution Center in Appleton, WI. This full-time position pays $22.00 per hour, with a $2.00 shift premium, on a 2-2-3 non-rotating schedule from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

A paid training program supports new hires in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. You will perform order fulfillment, operate MHE, manage inventory with RF scanning, and collaborate with teammates to meet high-demand workloads.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependability as a reliable team member.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds safely.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment.
• Experience with forklifts is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using MHE.
• Safety First: Operate MHE safely and follow all safety requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products with RF scanning and accurate records.
