Job summary

WOW Logistics is hiring for a Warehouse Worker at the Menasha Distribution Center in Menasha, WI. The role includes a 2-hour shift premium on top of a starting wage of $20/hour, with a paid 2-week training program and ongoing mentorship to develop your skills.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 1:30pm–10:00pm, and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds safely.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using MHE.
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts safely, following all safety requirements and policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads with precision.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products with RF scanning equipment to maintain accurate records.
