Job summary

WOW Logistics in Menasha, WI is hiring a Warehouse Worker at our Menasha Distribution Center. This full-time role starts with a base rate of $20.00 per hour plus a $3.00 per hour shift premium. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid as $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days.

We provide a paid 2-week training program and ongoing mentorship to build your skills for daily operations, with a safety-focused culture and opportunities for incentive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – training provided.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using MHE.
• Safety: Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and follow all policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work with others to meet high-demand workloads with precision.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products with RF scanning accuracy.
