Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a warehouse associate in Woodland, PA to safely operate forklifts, load/unload trailers, and support our production teams. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient material flow and adhering to safety protocols on every shift.

This role emphasizes pallet jack familiarity, a strong teamwork mindset, and the ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 70 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; training/certification available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Practice Clean as You Go to keep a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
