Job summary

The Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our client in the automotive industry in Sellersburg, IN. These are Temp-to-Hire opportunities with immediate start dates.

Pay is weekly with three shifts available: A shift 6am–6pm at $16.50/hr, B shift 6pm–6am at $17.00/hr, and C shift 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am at $17.25/hr. Eligible candidates must have at least 1 year forklift experience and pass a forklift assessment and drug

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• Must operate a sit-down lift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must pass Forklift Assessment and Skills test.
• Pre-employment Drug Screen required.
• Good attendance and attitude are a priority.
• No felonies in the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently ensure loads are delivered to correct destinations.
• Maintain timely and accurate inventory counts.
• Move, stack, and organize crates and pallets.
