Job summary

Key Personnel represents a client in Holland, MI seeking a Forklift Operator/HiLo Driver for a temp-to-hire arrangement. The role supports production lines, handles pallets, and ensures safe movement of materials using propane or electric forklifts.

Knowledge of reading procedures and inventory control is preferred. Responsibilities include battery changes, transporting goods, maintaining FIFO, and keeping work areas clean and compliant with TS16949 and ISO-14001 standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TS16949 and ISO-14001 procedures and requirements.
• Proven ability to read and understand manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move and stack materials using forklift; load and unload pallets.
• Change LP gas or electric battery when needed.
• Position forks and lifting devices to transport materials to designated areas.
• Monitor inventory on the shop floor and notify supervisor of shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety practices.
