Job summary

Shape Corp. is seeking a forklift/operator to support manufacturing, production and shipping/receiving functions through material movement using PIT equipment. The role involves moving raw materials and finished products with various equipment, including sit-down hi-lo, while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) in a manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to safety rules, including device operation and material handling.
• Ability to perform inventory tasks and assist in shipping/receiving functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Powered Industrial Truck to move products and materials safely.
• Follow safety specifications, including stacking heights and equipment use.
• Perform battery charging and routine maintenance per guidelines.
• Handle shipping/receiving tasks using scanners and locating systems.
• Contribute to 5S and continuous-improvement initiatives.
