Job summary

Idahoan Foods in Idaho Falls is seeking a Forklift Operator to move products and materials between processing lines and trucks, maintaining FIFO and accurate counts. Training progresses to full pay (+$0.75) after validation, with a swing shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and an added $2.00/hour differential.

Responsibilities include operating forklift safely, inspecting trailers, ensuring proper loading, and maintaining clean, organized warehouses.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Previous experience working around processing equipment preferred.
• Will be required to be Forklift Certified.
• Excellent communication and ability to read/write paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Move products and materials to and from processing/packaging lines and trucks.
• Operate forklift with attachments effectively.
• Maintain FIFO and organized warehouse.
• Inspect trailers and ensure proper loading and counts.
• Follow safety rules and GMP practices.
• Supply packaging lines with WIP and materials.
• Move totes from staging area to warehouse.
