Job summary

ResourceMFG is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced warehouse and beverage distribution operation in La Vergne, TN. This role requires safe equipment operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities include operating multiple warehouse machines, moving goods, and supporting shipping/receiving while maintaining safety and quality standards. Weekly pay via staffing agency is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Experience with cherry pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stay safe in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment including electric pallet jack, cherry picker, reach truck, and sit-down forklift.
• Pick, move, load, unload, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Build and transport pallets while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Perform inventory movements and support shipping and receiving operations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Accurately complete assigned tasks in a production-driven environment.
