Wood Personnel Services is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for manufacturing and distribution facilities in Nashville and the surrounding area. If you have recent forklift experience, a strong commitment to safety, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

We offer weekly pay, benefits, and multiple shifts (including weekends). The role requires reliable transportation and adherence to safety guidelines in a dynamic warehouse setting in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months forklift experience within the past 3 years.
Must provide a verifiable work reference confirming forklift experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the shift.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, order picker or electric pallet jack as assigned.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Move materials throughout the warehouse.
Pick and stage orders.
Receive and store inventory and support production or shipping areas.
Perform routine equipment inspections before each shift.
Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
