Shift & Pay Information:
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm | Pay: $21.00/hr
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:00am | Pay: $21.75/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Operate stand-up and clamp forklifts, power equipment, and clamp trucks (80% of shift).
Load, unload, move, and stage materials to support shipment and inventory processes.
Inspect all inbound and outbound products, ensuring quality standards are met.
Record and report inventory counts and discrepancies with accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with equipment inspection, minor maintenance, and inventory counts.
Follow all OSHA, MSDS, and company-specific safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid forklift operator certificate OR must complete training within first 30 days.
At least 6 months of warehouse and forklift operating experience, preferably with stand-up and clamp models.
Ability to work up to 80% of the shift operating powered equipment.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Willingness to work specified shifts and follow established procedures.
Steel toe footwear required.
Working Conditions:
Primarily indoor warehouse environment with some outdoor work.
Exposure to warehouse elements including moving equipment, possible odors, and chemical materials (PPE provided).
Regular sitting/standing; occasional walking and lifting (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
