Job summary

Kelly Services in Aurora, CO is seeking a Clamp Forklift Operator to join a premier manufacturing client. The role offers first and second shifts with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a temp-to-hire path.

You will operate 10,000+ lb clamp forklifts to move home appliances and load shipments, while maintaining safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of clamp lift experience, a valid driver's license, and a proven safety record.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of clamp lift experience.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Experience handling appliances is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty, hydraulic-clamp forklifts (10,000+ lb. capacity) to transport, stack, and load large items, primarily home appliances.
• Safely and efficiently loading/unloading trucks, trailers, and shipping containers, securing loads to prevent damage.
• Pulling orders, accurately organizing stock, and stacking inventory in designated warehouse zones.
• Conducting daily equipment inspections, reporting mechanical issues, and following OSHA safety guidelines.
• Handling goods with extreme care, applying correct clamp pressure to avoid product damage.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties such as RF scanning, manual sorting, or shrink-wrapping as needed.
