Green Bay Packaging is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator in Wisconsin to safely transport raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, supporting production and on-time order fulfillment.

You will perform pre-shift inspections, use RF scanners and WMS, and collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams in a safety-focused environment to maintain organized, efficient operations. This role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to OSHA standards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards or ability to obtain.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review schedules and shipping orders to move materials efficiently.
• Supply raw materials and WIP to production equipment.
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks.
• Move and organize palletized products in warehouse.
• Store materials with proper inventory control and rotation.
• Inspect loads for stability and safety.
• Perform daily forklift inspections per OSHA.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
