Green Bay Packaging is seeking a forklift operator to safely operate LP powered industrial trucks, move materials, and assist in production flow. The role requires forklift certification, a clean driving record, and at least two years of material-handling experience.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle license may be required.
• Forklift certification required and performed onsite per OSHA standards.
• Two years of experience positioning forks over, under, or around pallets, skids, or products (not usually on pallets).
• Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills required.
• High attention to prevent injury to yourself and others.
• Ability to inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers with materials when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely; transport materials to and from designated areas.
• Load/unload goods from trucks and trailers, move goods around the facility.
• Stack goods in correct storage bays and follow inventory control procedures.
• Ensure loads are secure and remove waste materials from machines.
• Complete daily safety and maintenance checks per OSHA guidelines.
