Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Forklift Operator to ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of food products using sit-down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.

Under general supervision, you will load/unload, stack, pick orders, check for damage, maintain a clean work area, and support inventory tasks while meeting production standards in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating various forklifts and RF scanners.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, store, and ship food products using forklifts and related equipment.
• Load/unload freight; stack, pick and pack orders; label and sort as directed.
• Inspect freight for damage, accuracy, and infestation; ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counting as needed.
• Meet production standards while following safety guidelines and procedures.
