Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic forklift operators to support our production line and ensure timely delivery of materials. The role emphasizes safe operation, accurate loading/unloading, and adherence to warehouse protocols within a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have forklift experience or be willing to obtain certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience preferred; willing to train/certify.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized using Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift and move pallets, occasional heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.
