Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking Forklift Operators to join our operations team in Minnesota. You will safely load/unload, sort pallets, and support production while following all safety protocols. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to a clean, organized workspace.

The position offers a Friday–Sunday shift from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM with pay at $19 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for certification and training. We value teamwork and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with Precision: safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Safety First, Always: follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort & Support: hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Keep It Moving: maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay Clean & Organized: practice Clean as You Go and keep a tidy workspace.
• Lift & Move: be prepared for up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions throughout the shift.
