Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or be willing to be trained and certified.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials with forklift precision to support production.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and strive for zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized following the 'Clean as You Go' practice.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
