Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Driver to support our Texas warehouse operations. You will move products between staging areas, track locations, and assist multiple plant areas while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Key responsibilities include meeting production schedules, following GMPs, and ensuring quality procedures. A valid forklift certification is required, with potential overtime and cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Experience with scanner/barcode inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Move units to the next staging area and maintain accurate location records for inventory.
• Operate forklift and perform basic equipment maintenance; keep areas clean and safe.
• Follow production schedules, safety rules, GMPs, and quality procedures.
• Contribute to housekeeping and general duties across plant areas as needed.
• Overtime may be required; support a 24x7 operation when necessary.
