Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a forklift operator to move products between staging areas, track locations, and uphold strict safety and quality standards. You will perform basic forklift tasks, assist with various plant projects, and maintain housekeeping and inventory accuracy.

The role requires adherence to GMPs, safety rules, and the ability to work overtime as needed to support 24x7 operations. Experience with barcode systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience driving and operating a forklift preferred.
• Pass substance abuse screening per policy.

Responsibilities

• Move units/products between staging areas and maintain location records.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and keep areas clean.
• Follow company safety rules, GMPs, and quality procedures.
• Adhere to production schedule and work overtime as needed.
• Assist with varied plant projects and maintain inventory accuracy.
