Job summary

Pratt is seeking a dependable forklift operator to handle duties safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting. The role requires inspecting forklifts, locating stock, and delivering materials to machines on schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining neat stock, completing required paperwork, and supporting the Shipping Lead as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior corrugated industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and care for forklift safely.
• Complete forklift inspections before shifts and after changing forklifts.
• Locate stock before runs and deliver to machines on time.
• Maintain orderly stock piles and accurate storage records.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time, including production and safety data.
• Adhere to production schedules and assist with scheduling improvements.
• Provide backup support to Shipping Lead Person and other forklift operators.
