Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Monee, IL is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to safely move, load, unload, and store products in a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp and picker equipment, and support shipping/receiving.

The role requires at least two years of forklift experience and a valid license or ability to obtain one. You will complete paperwork, scan products, participate in cycle counts, inspections, and maintain a clean, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials; stack and transport as needed.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels; complete paperwork and inventory systems.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed; perform cycle counts.
• Perform daily safety inspections and keep the facility inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Report incidents to supervisor and participate in housekeeping and miscellaneous tasks.
