Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator in Minooka, IL to safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and related equipment. You will load/unload, scan, label, and move goods to designated areas, while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety standards.

The role requires at least two years of forklift experience, a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one, and basic computer skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels as required.
• Complete paperwork and use inventory management systems.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Complete daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work area.
