Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Illinois warehouse. You will safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, clamps, and picker equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products for shipping and receiving.

You will also scan items, print labels, and complete inventory paperwork as needed. Qualified candidates have at least two years of forklift experience, a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution, including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamps, and picker equipment.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Scan products and print labels; complete paperwork and manage inventory systems as needed.
• Perform daily safety inspections and participate in cycle counts as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report incidents to supervision.
