Candidates should have at least two years forklift experience, be licensed or able to obtain a license, and pass a background and drug screen; a High School Diploma is preferred. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems.
• Ensure proper product rotation procedures.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
• Maintain readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
