Americold in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Forklift Operator to ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of food products using sit-down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach lifts, pallet jacks, and RF equipment.

You will load and unload freight, stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders, check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation, and maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting production standards. Overtime may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months of related work experience preferred.
• Forklift operation and RF scanner familiarity helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Safely load/unload freight and move products within the facility.
• Stack, store, pick and pack orders, and verify freight accuracy.
• Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and RF scanners per safety rules.
• Meet production standards while keeping work area clean and orderly.
• Perform inventory, cleaning, and occasional battery changes as needed.
