Job summary

Windsor Windows & Doors, a division of Woodgrain, seeks a Finished Elegance Forklift Operator to move, locate, relocate, stack and count material within the FE department. You will work with management and peers to boost safety, quality, and productivity in the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of forklift experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a hot, noisy environment with PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Able to work in hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial settings.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety by enforcing company standards and procedures.
• Transport extended length material safely with forklift.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling procedures.
• Perform inventory transactions with handheld device.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of all materials.
• Assist with other production functions as needed.
