Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Safety-oriented forklift operator to join our manufacturing team in North Carolina. You will operate heavy equipment, move product, and support shipping and production in an industrial setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, a high school diploma, the ability to perform routine inspections and maintenance, and good math and communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift (minimum 1 year preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Strong numerical literacy and ability to read measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial forklift
• Maintain equipment and perform basic upkeep
• Pull and stage orders for shipment
• Fill independent material requisitions
• Assist production processes including painting and winterizing structures
• Keep area safe, clean and organized
• Interface with customer service, technical service, and delivery personnel
• Other duties as needed
