Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Leandro, CA. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, pulling and packing outbound orders, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The schedule is Monday–Friday with mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident free with the team.
• Work primarily in the pipe yard and warehouse.
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety regulations.
