Ferguson is hiring a Warehouse Associate in the United States to join our team. You will safely operate a stand‑up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and manage pallets and RF-based sorting. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Starting around $20 per hour with experience; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 10am–6:30pm, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material timely and accurately.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe and accident free by following procedures.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE use, including a safety harness when required.
