Job summary

Echo Global Logistics, Inc. in Greenfield, Indiana is seeking a reliable forklift driver to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklift equipment, load and unload materials, and help maintain organized inventory.

Requirements include at least 3 months forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass internal certification, and physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs with team lifting when needed. Work may occur in dusty, hot and/or cold conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months forklift experience or equivalent warehouse equipment use.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must pass internal Forklift Certification Training and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 65 lbs with team lift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forklift before use to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks or storage areas.
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklift safely and keep work area clean and organized.
• Report forklift malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
