RR Donnelley (RRD) is seeking a reliable forklift operator to move finished product, supply materials, and stage items for shipping within our manufacturing environment. You will perform routine inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and adhere to safety policies.

This on-site role requires precise maneuvering in tight spaces, knowledge of load balancing, and the ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to assess forklift dimensions and lift capacity.
• Identify doorway/aisle dimensions to fit loads.
• Understand storage area layout for item placement.
• Skilled in maneuvering forklifts in tight spaces.
• Advanced driving controls for forklifts and related trucks.
• Ability to judge load balance.

Aufgaben

• Operate equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supply Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stage product to be moved or shipped.
• Rack unused supplies and maintain inventory.
• Transport and process manufacturing paper by-products.
• Perform routine daily inspections on hoists and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety policies and report maintenance needs.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
