Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a warehouse associate to operate a forklift on the receiving dock, move materials to and from the production area, and prepare shipments in accordance with procedures.

The role requires handling up to 50 lbs, working in a fast-paced environment, and complying with EH&S standards. You’ll coordinate with production leads and maintain accurate paperwork for USPS shipping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0 - 1 year related experience.
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification required.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English, preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of USPS shipping requirements and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Forklift Operations: Move material within the warehouse and between production and shipping areas, unload trucks, and load recyclables safely.
• Organizational: Manage raw materials, assist with machine changeovers, and ensure loads before dispatch.
• Administrative: Maintain housekeeping, document material movements, and follow safety guidelines.
