Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a warehouse/materials handler to move materials, load freight, and ensure accurate SAP entries in a production environment. You will operate forklift and other equipment, maintain safety standards, and contribute to CI initiatives for ongoing efficiency.

The role emphasizes reliable, year-round performance in a team setting at our Bardstown, KY location with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of continuous employment in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to designated locations.
• Ensure material movements follow current procedures and SAP entries.
• Load inbound and outbound freight as needed.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, shrink-wrap machine, bander, tipper.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives (CI, 5S, STW).
