Job summary

Masterbilt Incorporated in Indiana seeks a Forklift Operator / Parts Runner to safely move materials around the facility and between locations using forklifts and the company van, delivering parts and loading shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, forklift experience, and a safety focus. You’ll handle documentation, inspect equipment, and follow OSHA procedures; some overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of forklift experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks without damaging materials.
• Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and materials using the company van.
• Verify shipments and deliveries against work orders and packing slips.
• Deliver materials to the appropriate production departments.
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts and the company vehicle.
• Maintain delivery logs and shipping documentation.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Assist shipping, receiving, and inventory as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
