Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload with forklifts, sort pallets, and support production. You will follow safety protocols and help keep a clean, efficient workspace on a fast-paced team in Seymour, IN.

The role requires physical work, up to 70 lbs lifts, and a willingness to be trained and certified in forklift operation and pallet handling.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but we will train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision: safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Safety first: follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort & support: hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Keep it moving: maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay clean & organized: practice clean as you go and maintain a safe workspace.
• Lift & move: capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.

Shift Details: Saturday - Wednesday (6:00am - 3:00pm) Pay: $20.50

What You Bring to the Table:
