Job summary

Rehrig Pacific in Wisconsin is hiring a pallet sorting operator for Friday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM CST. Earn $19/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential, with solid benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

You will safely operate a pallet sorting machine, conduct inspections, and may operate a forklift after training. Expect a fast-paced, team-based environment with opportunities to grow and contribute to production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and machine basics.
• Team-oriented, safety-focused and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet sorting machine to sort by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift (training provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with Clean as You Go practices.
• Meet production and quality goals while working with the team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.

What Youll Do:

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring:

• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation (experience is a plus but not required).
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with diverse coworkers.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
