FIC America Corp. in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Logistics Forklift Operator and Order Picker to support our automotive components operations. The role blends order picking with forklift duties to move materials and load trailers.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, following pick lines, stacking pallets, and using ERP/tablet systems. Required: 3+ years forklift experience, ability to read basic English, and willingness to work overtime; second shift includes a $1/hour differential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years forklift experience required (sit-down electric forklift and electric pallet jack).
• Must be willing to order pick, in addition to driving the forklift.
• Must be able to speak and read basic English to comply with position, Safety, Plant & PPE procedures and requirements.
• Forklift experience and capability to pass an assessment.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders following pick line process.
• Operate forklifts/electric pallet jacks to move materials and load/unload trailers or containers.
• Complete verification forms, shipping alerts, and daily logs.
