Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:30pm) to support loading, unloading, picking, and consolidated product handling in our warehouse. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient material movement to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

The position requires forklift/EPJ operation, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment while following OSHA guidelines and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Six months of related warehouse/distribution experience or more.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment using MHE as needed.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, palletize, wrap, and stage per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts; communicate issues to management.
