Job summary

ALPLA Group in Lima, Ohio, is seeking a hands-on warehouse professional to support packing, shipping, and storage operations at the Lima Plant. You will handle finished goods, maintain accuracy, and follow standard warehouse procedures, ensuring quality and safety.

This entry-level role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have general warehousing experience, a high school diploma, and forklift operation exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing finished product to ship to customer.
• Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count).
• Following warehouse and shipping procedures.
• Accurately records and stores finished goods in the warehouse.
• Accurately handles and records all corrugated products from receipt to storage and then to production.
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution


• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred
