Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various packaging equipment.
  • Load, build, and pack containers and boxes; perform hand packaging of bottles and labeling.
  • Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle materials, loading/unloading packaging supplies and raw materials.
  • Document records, perform changeovers, apply labels, and conduct quality checks.

What Will You Enjoy Doing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include (not limited to):
    • Carton erectors
    • Partition inserters
    • Product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
    • Foil dispensers
    • Top closers
    • Palletization equipment
  • Manual responsibilities:
    • Loading, building, and making boxes
    • Hand packaging of bottles
    • Loading labels
  • Maintenance:
    • Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations
  • Material handling:
    • Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials
  • Documentation:
    • Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks
    • Perform changeovers of diverse packaging equipment (e.g., case erector, partition inserter, top sealer)
    • Apply correct labels
    • Perform quality checks consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels, and packaging integrity for defects
    • Housekeeping
    • Perform autonomous maintenance
Performance Metrics
  • Labeling Accuracy: maintain a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation.
  • Quality Control Compliance: perform all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures.

  • Autonomous maintenance completion
