Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Jacksonville warehouse team. This role efficiently handles loading, unloading, picking, and stacking pallets while operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts and EPJs.

You will contribute to accurate order fulfillment and inventory management, supporting daily operations with a safety‑first mindset. 6+ months of forklift/warehouse experience and ability to lift 60 lbs are required; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Battery and propane safety training/certification a plus.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays.
• Other duties as assigned within training and capabilities.
