Job summary

CJ Logistics is hiring a Forklift Operator in Jacksonville, FL. You will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, pick, and store products, supporting daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.

The role requires 6+ months of forklift experience and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, with safety training preferred. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Battery and propane safety training/certification preferred.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when needed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labeling.
• Replenish products in the correct bays.
• Other duties as required.
