Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock team in the United States. You will efficiently sort, load and unload freight, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and use handheld devices to track shipments on a safety-focused, climate-uncontrolled dock.

Qualified candidates are 18+, comfortable with varying shifts, and able to perform basic math. We offer health insurance, life and disability coverage, PTO, company holidays, a 401(k) match and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift and use scanners.
• Secure freight inside trailers and follow safety policies.
• Work on a non climate-controlled dock and adhere to procedures.
• Handle shipment tracking with handheld devices.
